Callum Voisin to drive for CUPRA KIRO in Berlin Rookie Test
CUPRA KIRO welcomes 2023 GB3 champion, Callum Voisin, for upcoming Formula E Rookie Test in Berlin
CUPRA KIRO is delighted to welcome Callum Voisin to the team for the FIA Formula E World Championship’s annual in-season Rookie Test in Berlin, Germany, on Monday, 14 July 2025.
Held at the Tempelhof Airport Street Circuit one day after the 2025 Berlin E-Prix, the test represents a vital opportunity for teams to complete additional running and provides a unique opportunity for next generation drivers to continue their professional development.
As part of CUPRA KIRO, which secured its first Formula E victory in Jakarta, Callum will get his first taste of the series’ state-of-the-art GEN3 Evo machinery in Berlin.
The opportunity marks a natural next step for the British racer, who made an instant impression by winning the highly competitive GB3 Championship in only his second season of single-seater competition in 2023.
Since last year, the 19-year-old has raced in the FIA Formula 3 Championship and secured his maiden win in the series at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, achieving a Grand Slam by claiming pole position and setting the fastest lap.
With one podium this season, Callum sits ninth in the Formula 3 Drivers’ Standings after taking a pair of eighth place finishes in the series’ most recent race weekend in Austria.
He will partner CUPRA KIRO Development Driver and F1 Academy race winner, Bianca Bustamante, in Berlin.

Formula E presents a unique technical and strategic challenge, and we’re looking forward to seeing how Callum approaches this opportunity. The Rookie Test is a vital platform for identifying future talent, and supporting the next generation is central to our long-term vision.”
