JUCA returns to the CUPRA KIRO cockpit for Formula E EVO Sessions 2026
Automotive content creator, JUCA, teams up with CUPRA KIRO for Formula E EVO Sessions in Jeddah
CUPRA KIRO is delighted to confirm that Latin America’s most influential automotive content creator, Juca Viapri – known as JUCA – will once again represent the team in the 2026 edition of Formula E EVO Sessions.
Launched by Formula E last year, EVO Sessions represented a world first in international motorsport as 11 personalities from the realms of sport and entertainment received a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience life as a Formula E driver.
Alongside receiving professional driver coaching, 2025 EVO Sessions participants also received simulator training, physical conditioning, and in-depth engineering briefings before driving a current-generation Formula E car at the Miami international Autodrome.
After representing CUPRA KIRO in the 2025 edition of EVO Sessions, JUCA will return to the Formula E cockpit for a second consecutive season to continue his journey with the team, while building on his experience of the world’s fastest fully electric racing car, the Gen3 EVO.
Born in Mexico City, JUCA Is the leading personality within the automotive, tuning, and performance space in Latin America, and holds a highly engaged audience of more than 18 million followers worldwide.
After being held in Miami last year, Formula E EVO Sessions heads to a new location for 2026, with JUCA and the rest of the 10-strong field taking on the Jeddah Corniche Circuit in Saudi Arabia, just one day after the double-header Jeddah E-Prix on 15 February.
In 2026, EVO Sessions will introduce a competitive element for the first time, with each creator participating in a 15-minute solo driving session, with the top eight progressing to a series of head-to-head knockout duels, following the same format as Formula E Qualifying, with a champion being crowned at the end. EVO Sessions will be streamed live on Formula E’s YouTube channel.

“Rejoining CUPRA KIRO for the second running of Formula E EVO Sessions is incredibly special and meaningful for me. Last year, EVO Sessions gave me a real taste of what it takes to be a Formula E driver, and I was fortunate to learn so much and build a strong relationship with the team last year. To get to experience it all over again, this time at a new circuit, Jeddah, will be amazing. The Gen3 EVO is unbelievably quick and the track in Jeddah is also insane, so I’m looking forward to the experience. I can’t wait to continue my Formula E journey and share it with my community!”
Russell O’Hagan, Team Principal, CUPRA KIRO
“When Formula E launched EVO Sessions in 2025, the goal was to introduce the championship to new audiences in a highly authentic and engaging way, and after the success of last year, we’re very excited to welcome back the initiative on a bigger and better scale for 2026. JUCA’s energy, professionalism, and curiosity embodies exactly what EVO Sessions stands for, and we’re thrilled to welcome him back to the team. Because JUCA already understands the demands and pressures of Formula E at a deeper level, I’m personally looking forward to watching his progression in Jeddah, and we’re delighted to give him the chance to get back behind the wheel and build on those foundations. Like Miami, the Jeddah Corniche Circuit is a world-class venue for motorsport and will be an incredible stage for EVO Sessions. We can’t wait to continue this journey together.”
